Does it meet Canadian emergency lighting code?
The emergency driver is listed to CSA C22.2 No. 141 and UL 924, the two standards covering self-contained emergency lighting equipment. The fixture itself is cUL listed for damp locations. That combination is what an electrical inspector looks for.
One caveat worth knowing. Code sets a light level too, not just a duration, so your designer still needs to prove the layout hits it. We can run that check with you.
Will it fit your opening and mounting?
You need a lamp compartment of at least 45.67" x 14.17" x 2.89". That depth catches people out on retrofits, so measure before you order. Mount it vertically only, by chain, pendant or surface. Chain, V-hooks and wire caps come in the box; surface and pendant kits are ordered separately.
Two limits from the manual. Never let thermal insulation cover the fixture, and keep it indoors, because IP20 and a damp rating won't survive a wet location. Adding the PIR sensor? It tops out at 10 m mounting height.
