4ft High Bay Vapor Fixture

Vapour Tight vs Vapour Proof: What's the Difference
The terms get used interchangeably, but there's a real line. A vapour tight fixture is gasketed and IP-rated (IP65 or IP66) to keep water, dust, and humidity out in normal wet or dirty rooms. A true vapour proof or explosion-proof fixture carries an extra hazardous-location rating (Class I or Class II) for spaces with flammable gases, vapours, or combustible dust.
