A19 LED -5Way CCT Adjustable

Votatec's brightest A19. This 17W lamp gives 1600 lumens from a standard E26 socket on 120V, the output a 100W incandescent used to deliver, on about a sixth of the power.

One slider on the neck picks 2700K, 3000K, 3500K, 4000K or 5000K. Light spreads a full 180 degrees, power factor is 0.9, and it dims on common Leviton and Lutron controls.

Which A19 LED bulb is the brightest?

This one, in Votatec's A19 range. At 1600 lumens it's double the 800-lumen 10W version, and the only one Votatec builds at the 100-watt replacement tier.

The published number is conservative. Votatec's own photometric test file, measured by EVERFINE on 2024-04-18, records 1775.7 lumens at 15.71 watts input. That's 113 lumens per watt against the 94 the nameplate implies. Building a lighting schedule? Use the IES file, not the label.

What is a 17W A19 LED bulb equivalent to?

A 100-watt incandescent. Brightness is matched on lumens, not watts, and 1600 lumens is the accepted replacement point for a 100W A-lamp. The 10W version of this bulb, at 800 lumens, covers the 60W slot instead.

One part number, five colour temperatures

The selector sits on the bulb neck and moves between 2700K and 5000K in five steps. For a distributor that's one line on the shelf instead of five. For a contractor it means walking a job with a single case and matching whatever's already installed, rather than measuring first and ordering second.

Will it fit the fixture?

Check two things. Length first: this lamp is 4-6/8 inches tall, roughly two thirds of an inch longer than a standard A19, so a shallow shade or a tight harp can be a problem. Ventilation second: it isn't rated for enclosed fixtures, so keep it out of sealed globes and jars where trapped heat shortens LED life.

Light comes out in every direction, with a third of it going upward. That fills a shade or a table lamp properly. Dimming is confirmed on Leviton 6681, 6674 and 6683, and on Lutron DVCL-153PLH, S600-P, DV600-P15 and MACL-153M.
