The ST64 filament LED is a 64mm Edison-shape bulb with exposed LED filaments and a 2200K amber glow. It's built for open fixtures where the bulb itself is the design feature.
Draw is 4.8W for 400 lumens at 120V, on a standard E26 medium base, with a 360° beam and 0.9 power factor. Body measures 5-1/2" by 2-1/2".

What is an ST64 LED filament bulb?
An ST64 is a straight-tubular Edison-shape bulb measuring 64mm across at its widest point, which works out to about 2-1/2 inches, on a standard E26 medium screw base. The 64 is the diameter in millimetres. That's all the code means.
Inside, thin LED filament strands replace the old coiled tungsten wire. You see them directly, because these bulbs go in fixtures that don't hide the lamp. Votatec's runs 4.8W for 400 lumens at 2200K.
Can I use an ST19 instead of an ST64?
Not in a tight fixture. The two codes come from different measuring systems, and the bulbs aren't the same size.
ST19 is imperial: 19 eighths of an inch, or 2-3/8 inches, roughly 60mm. ST64 is metric: 64mm, roughly 2-1/2 inches. The ST64 is about 4mm wider. Both use E26, so either will thread into the same socket. A cage, shade or glass holder cut for an ST19 may not clear an ST64. Measure the opening before you order a pallet.
Where does 2200K amber earn its keep?
2200K sits well below the 2700K where most warm white spec sheets start. It reads as candlelight or gaslight, not as white light.
With a 360° beam and a visible filament, the lamp is looked at directly rather than used to light a surface. Colour is the entire effect. That puts it in café and restaurant pendants, hospitality, exposed-bulb chandeliers, and retail feature lighting. At 400 lumens each, plan on quantity and let the fixture count do the work.
Which fixtures shouldn't take this bulb?
Enclosed ones. The spec panel lists Suitable for Enclosed Fixtures: No, and it means it. Sealed globes and jar fixtures trap heat against the driver and cut its life short.
Dimming needs a matching dimmer too. Low-wattage filament LEDs are the most likely lamp in any catalogue to flicker on a legacy incandescent dimmer.
