The VO-ECSTR4FT is a 4ft linear strip fixture that field-selects wattage and colour temperature on the fixture itself, and it accepts any supply from 120V to 347V.

How many amps does a 4ft LED strip light pull?
This one pulls 0.46A at 120V and 0.16A at 347V. Those figures come from the continuous-row table in the installation manual, and they're the numbers that decide your run length. At 347V the draw is roughly a third of the 120V draw. That's the whole argument for specifying 347V on a commercial job, and it's a voltage the shop lights sold at retail don't offer.
How many strip lights can you link on one circuit?
The manual's continuous-row table allows 15 fixtures at 120V and 43 at 347V. Both work out near 6.9A per run. Fixtures splice end to end through a connection bracket, and you carry the dimming signal along the row on the purple and pink leads, so a whole run still dims as one zone from a single 0-10V control.
Replacing a fluorescent strip fixture
Canada's Products Containing Mercury Regulations stopped the manufacture and import of T5 and T8 fluorescent lamps after 2025-12-31. Existing stock sells through to the end of 2029, so a fluorescent strip you install now is on a lamp supply that's running out. Selectable wattage helps here: one SKU covers a 12W stairwell and a 40W corridor, so you're not stocking five part numbers to match what came out.
What's in the box, and what isn't
V-hooks, half-round fittings, wire caps and screws ship with the fixture. It mounts surface, wall, suspended, on chain, or spliced in a continuous row. Remote control and linkable accessories are separate order codes. An emergency battery pack is optional and fits reserved knockouts in the housing, with the test button through the side. The manual lists tested 0-10V dimmers by part number from Lutron, Leviton and Legrand, dimming 10 to 100 per cent. The sensor version needs at least one metre between fixtures or the microwave sensors interfere with each other.
