Same fixture as the black HB28, in a white housing. Votatec lists both finishes side by side and every spec line matches, so the choice is cosmetic.
One switch sets 150W, 100W or 80W. A second sets 3500K, 4000K or 5000K. That's 22,000 down to 12,000 lumens on AC120-347V, at 80+ CRI, 90 degree beam.
Polycarbonate lens, IK08, IP65, cULus wet location, 6kV surge protection. Five year warranty.
Does the white housing change anything but the look?
No. Votatec's spec sheet prints both 150W finishes in adjacent columns and every line matches: 150W/100W/80W selectable, 22,000/15,000/12,000 lumens, AC120-347V, IP65, IK08, wet location, 5.2 lbs. Housing colour is the only difference. Specify white where the deck, ductwork or wall panels are already light. Specify black to let the fixture disappear against exposed structure.
How many lumens do you need for a high bay?
Match lumens to mounting height. At 22,000 lumens the 150W setting suits roughly 20 to 25 ft, 100W and 15,000 lumens covers 15 to 20 ft, and 80W and 12,000 lumens covers 10 to 15 ft. Above 25 ft, step up to the 240W model. Treat those bands as a starting point; a point-by-point calculation on your bay spacing and reflectances settles the fixture count. One SKU covers all three bands, so you can order before the ceiling grid is confirmed and tune on site.
Can you dim it and run the occupancy sensor?
Not on the same fixture. Votatec's manual is explicit that the light can't be connected to a dimming device when a motion sensor is fitted, so pick one path per unit. Dimming runs 0-10V from 10% to 100% on a Sosen driver, and the spec sheet names three tested dimmer models. The sensor is a plug-and-play microwave head that twist-locks into the receptacle with no wiring, works to 40 ft mounting height, and ships separately.
Where this fixture can and can't go
It's cULus listed for wet locations and rated IP65, so washdown-adjacent bays and unheated space are fine down to -40C. Read the NSF line carefully though: it covers Splash Zone and Non Food Zone, which means the fixture must not be mounted over exposed product on a food line. That distinction decides whether an inspection passes.
For wiring colours, the three mount methods and the sensor's default hold and stand-by times, open the Manual (PDF), and pull the IES file if your designer needs 4000K photometry for a layout. Send us your fixture count and mounting height and we'll come back with a wholesale quote plus a check on 347V supply for the site.
