Two USB-A charging ports on a 15A tamper-resistant duplex receptacle, so a standard wall box charges phones and tablets without a plug-in adapter.
Both outlets are NEMA 5-15R, 125V, 60Hz, with tamper-resistant shutters. The USB ports share one Class 2 5VDC supply. Back and side wire terminals take #14 to #10AWG copper.

Can you replace a regular outlet with a USB outlet?
Yes. This one drops into a standard single-gang box in place of any 15A duplex receptacle, and it's wired the same way: black lead to hot, white to neutral, green to ground.
Kill the power at the breaker and test that it's off before touching a conductor. Strip 0.5 inch for the back wire holes, or 1 inch for the screw terminals. Torque every screw to 9-12 pound-inches (1.0-1.4 Nm) and leave no bare conductor exposed. Copper only. The manual prohibits aluminum conductors.
Back and side wiring both work, which helps when you're feeding through a crowded box.
Are tamper-resistant receptacles required in Canada?
In dwelling units, yes. CEC Rule 26-706 requires 5-15R and 5-20R receptacles in areas readily accessible to children to be tamper-resistant and marked as such. This is a 5-15R with "TR" moulded into the face, so it satisfies that on both outlets.
Schools, daycares, libraries and paediatric areas commonly specify TR as well, even where the rule doesn't compel it.
USB-A or USB-C?
This is the USB-A version. Both ports take the flat rectangular Type-A plug, which fits every USB cable generation, so there's nothing to replace in a hotel or office where guests bring their own cords.
There's no Power Delivery here. It charges phones, tablets, e-readers and cameras at standard 5V, and it won't fast-charge a laptop. Draw more than the two ports can supply together and the charger shuts itself down to protect whatever's plugged in. If your spec calls for USB-C, the Type A+C model covers it.
What it won't do
It isn't a GFCI. Where the CEC calls for ground-fault protection, that has to come from a GFCI receptacle or breaker upstream.
