A 2ft linkable T5 under cabinet light that switches between three colour temperatures from a switch on the fixture body. No separate lamp, no ballast. Draws 9W for 900 lumens at CRI 80+, with 3000K, 4000K and 5000K on the same unit. Link up to nine on one run. It's 23.7in long and 0.6in deep. Dimmable on seven listed dimmers. cULus Listed, IP20, 50,000 hours, five-year warranty.

How many lumens should under cabinet lighting be?

Rated 900 lumens across 2ft, so 450 per linear foot. That covers prep counters, retail shelving and workbenches from a single row. The independent photometry runs higher: EVERFINE's test files for this model report 1,035 lm at 3000K, 1,152 lm at 4000K and 1,120 lm at 5000K, all at roughly 9.5W.

How do you link under cabinet lights together?

Nine units maximum on one run at this size. Each fixture has a male end and a female end. The power cord goes on the male end of the first fixture, the female end cap closes the last one, and fixtures either butt together directly or join with a connecting cable across separate cabinet runs. The end cap ships in the box. The cord and the cables don't.

What does T5 mean on an integrated fixture?

Here it's a shape convention carried over from fluorescent, not a lamp you can change. No removable tube, no ballast to bypass. The LED board, driver and CCT switch are sealed into one 0.6in body, so you're replacing a whole fluorescent under cabinet fixture rather than relamping it. No lamp line on the quote, no ballast disposal.

What's in the box, and what you'll order separately

Two clips, two roll plugs, two sets of mounting screws (4x22mm and 4x16mm) and one female end cap. Sold separately at this size: the power cord, the connecting cables, the 1.2m cord with a moulded plug, and the wire box with its on/off switch. One thing to tell the crew: set the colour temperature before clipping the fixture up, because the switch sits on the body. Indoor and dry only at IP20, rated -20 to +45C.
