The J5236KLDA-UF48W-5P5C-SH is a 4ft IP66 vapor tight LED with a built-in microwave occupancy sensor, five switchable wattages and five switchable colour temperatures.
Pick 20W, 27W, 34W, 41W or 48W, and 3000K through 6500K, on two switches inside the housing. Output runs 3,000 to 7,000 lumens at 146 to 150 lm/W.

What's the difference between vapor tight and vapor proof lighting?
Vapor tight means gasketed and sealed against moisture, dust and corrosive vapour, and rated for wet locations. Vapor proof is a marketing term with no standard behind it, so read the IP number instead. This fixture is IP66: sealed completely against dust, and against water jets from any direction. That suits a wash bay or an unheated parkade.
How do you stop condensation in a light fixture?
Seal the wire entry, not just the body. Most moisture gets in through the gland, not the lens. This one ships with a cord grip you thread into the end-cap knock-out, then tighten a nut onto the supply wires. Skip that and IP66 stops meaning anything. The PC lens and base close on latches against a gasket.
Is it wet rated or only damp rated?
Wet rated. cULus lists it for wet locations, which covers direct water exposure, and IP66 sits on top of that. Damp-rated fixtures only handle humidity and splashes. Rated -40°C to 40°C, so it starts in a Canadian winter.
One part number, 25 configurations
Five wattages by five colour temperatures, both set on internal switches. One box covers a warehouse aisle at 48W and 5000K, and a corridor at 20W and 3500K. Distributors stock one SKU instead of ten. The 120-347V driver matters too: 347V is the neutral leg of Canada's 600Y/347V service, doesn't exist in the US, and imported fixtures that stop at 277V need a transformer.
What to check before you order
Set CCT and wattage before mounting. Both switches sit under the lens, so changing them later means opening the fixture at height. Two stainless clips mount 840mm apart on 4 screws and 4 expansion bolts, and the cord grip end faces incoming supply. The sensor covers 360° up to a 12ft mounting height, holds 5 minutes, then drops to 30%. The remote that changes those settings ships separately.
