Product Overview

A power-adjustable LED high mast fixture. Set it to 1200W, 1000W, 900W or 800W at the driver before it goes up the pole, and get 204,000, 170,000, 153,000 or 136,000 lumens at 5000K. Runs on AC120-347V. Standard 25° optic for long throw, with 40° and 60° lenses available separately. IP66 and IK08 housing with a clear polycarbonate lens, cULus wet location, 10kV surge protection, Sosen 0-10V dimming driver, 5-year warranty.

What is a high mast lighting system?

A high mast system puts a few high-output luminaires at the top of one tall pole, so a single pole covers ground that would otherwise need several. The IES puts the usual mounting height at 20 metres and above. That's the job this fixture is built for. At 1200W it delivers 204,000 lumens from one head, so a four-head ring clears 800,000 lumens on a single mast.

How high are high mast lights?

Most high mast poles run 20 to 45 metres. Mounting height drives the beam choice, not the wattage. The 25° optic ships as standard and throws furthest, which suits the taller end of that range. Order the 40° or 60° lens for shorter poles or wider areas. Lenses, visors and the laser aiming device are separate order codes; only the accessory bag comes in the box.

What's the difference between high mast and a regular area light?

Reach and aiming. A wall pack lights what sits below it. A high mast head lands a controlled beam a long way off-axis, which is why this one takes an optional laser aiming device and a visor to cut spill toward neighbours. Weight matters too: 20.9kg (46.08lbs) per head at 533 x 490 x 383mm. Check bracket and mast loading before you size the ring.

Set the power step before it leaves the ground

The Power Select switch sits inside the driver housing, not on the outside. Once the head is up the mast, nobody's changing it without bringing it back down. Decide at the bench. Each luminaire ships with a 6ft power cable and a 6ft dimming cable, and the 0-10V driver handles night setback. Rated -40°C to 45°C.
